Ghostwriting is at the heart of what we do

You don’t have to
write it alone.

“

The voice should feel like yours.
The process should feel possible.

Some books begin in a notebook. Others begin in a conversation. We help turn your memories, expertise, or imagined worlds into a structured manuscript through interviews, collaborative drafting, and thoughtful revisions.

  • Your perspective guides the story.
  • You review the writing at agreed milestones.
  • Scope, confidentiality, and rights are agreed in writing.

A little clarity, before we begin

Good questions.
Honest answers.

Ask us something else
Can you write my book with me?

Yes. Ghostwriting is a core Quill and Honors service. We can work from conversations, notes, recordings, an outline, or a partial draft. We agree on your voice, the structure, review stages, and confidentiality before drafting begins.

Do I need a finished manuscript to get started?

No. Bring the idea or material you have. We will discuss whether you need a book blueprint, ghostwriting, editorial support, publishing production, or a combination of services.

What does a publishing package cost?

Every project is quoted after a conversation and a review of the relevant material. Length, manuscript condition, research, formats, design complexity, and revision requirements affect the price. You receive a written scope and payment schedule before work begins.

Does publishing include ghostwriting and editing?

Only when your proposal includes them. A publishing-production package starts with a manuscript ready for production. Ghostwriting, developmental editing, copyediting, proofreading, and marketing are distinct stages that can be combined into a complete project.

Who owns the book and receives author credit?

Rights, author credit, confidentiality, files, publishing accounts, and any platform or imprint arrangements are defined in your written agreement. We discuss these details before you commit.

Can you help with Amazon KDP and other publishing platforms?

We can scope support for preparing files, metadata, account setup, uploads, and proof review for your chosen platforms, including Amazon KDP and IngramSpark where appropriate. Platform eligibility, approval, fees, and distribution options remain subject to their terms.

How long will my project take?

The schedule depends on the work involved and how quickly source material and author feedback are available. Your proposal includes estimated milestones. A finished manuscript needing production is a different project from a book being ghostwritten from the beginning.

Are printing, advertising, and other outside costs included?

Your proposal will identify what is included and what is separate. ISBN purchases, permissions, stock images, proofs, printing, shipping, platform charges, advertising, and additional revisions may be separate costs.

Can you guarantee book sales or bookstore placement?

No. We can help you prepare and promote your book professionally, but sales, reviews, rankings, media coverage, retailer acceptance, and physical bookstore stocking cannot be guaranteed.

How are research and AI-assisted tools handled?

We discuss the research and writing approach before work begins, including any proposed AI-assisted work. Your preferences, confidentiality requirements, source permissions, and relevant platform rules should be documented in the agreement.

A short overview, approximate word count, and any target dates are helpful. Please wait to send your full manuscript until we discuss the best way to share it.

An inquiry is a conversation starter. You are not purchasing a package or committing to a project.
